According to Jersey Digs, award-winning developer Walters has kicked off the affordable housing lottery for Cornerstone at Chatham, its latest income-restricted rental community. Located on a 3.2-acre site on Southern Boulevard near the Garden State Parkway, the community’s 63 two- and three-bedroom units meet LEED and ENERGY STAR certification requirements.
