Beazer Breaks Ground on Largest Zero Energy Ready Home Community in the United States
Beazer Homes recently broke ground on the site of their newest community, GreenHouse, in Marietta, Ga. The Atlanta-based national builder is known as a leader in energy-efficient construction, committing to building 100% of its homes to the U.S. Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready HomeTM standards by the end of 2025. GreenHouse will include 591 homesites south of?Barrett Parkway?between?Bells Ferry Road?and?I-575, making it the largest community in the U.S. to offer homes certified as Zero Energy Ready. It also represents the largest development in Cobb County in more than a decade.
