Beazer Homes has introduced its Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH) models at the Aria Crossing neighborhood in Henderson, Nevada, featuring designs that prioritize net-zero energy use, electrification, water efficiency, and healthy indoor environments. These homes comply with the U.S. Department of Energy’s ZERH program, requiring ENERGY STAR certification and Indoor airPLUS qualification, ensuring they are energy-efficient and have superior indoor air quality. According to KNSV, each home meets rigorous efficiency and performance criteria and is verified by a qualified third-party as part of the certification process.
