Brightwater Homes’ home collection at Kiawah River will introduce three brand-new home plans: The Sanderling, The Anhinga and The Loon.

The Sanderling spans 2,805 square feet, offering four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and a three-car tandem garage. This meticulously designed residence also includes a front porch and rear covered screened porch.

The Anhinga spans 2,565 square feet, featuring four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and a three-car garage. The primary suite and guest retreat are also conveniently located on this level, while the second level offers two additional bedrooms with ensuite baths and a versatile loft.

The Loon is a 2,794-square-foot open-concept home plan featuring four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and a three-car tandem garage. The main level includes a primary suite with a vaulted ceiling, a large walk-in closet and a guest retreat with an ensuite bath. There is a covered screened porch off the kitchen, featuring an outdoor fireplace and a pass-through window with a bar, designed for seamless entertaining.
