Garbett Homes Wins 2019 US Department of Energy Housing Innovation Award

Garbett Homes top 1% of builders across the nation recognized for innovation of zero energy ready homes

SALT LAKE CITY, UT (December 5, 2019) – Garbett Homes has been awarded its 5th prestigious U.S. Department of Energy Home Innovation Award in the MultiHome category and the Production Homes category.

Since 2013, the DOE Housing Innovation Awards has recognized forward-thinking builders who are delivering American homebuyers a better homeowner experience. Housing Innovation Award winners represent the top 1% of builders across the country. DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes represent a whole new level of home performance, with rigorous requirements that ensure outstanding levels of energy savings, comfort, health and durability.
