KB Home has received the WaterSense Sustained Excellence Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the 14th consecutive year, marking a record in the homebuilding industry, according to a press release from the company. As the only national builder to achieve this distinction, KB Home is recognized for its commitment to constructing water-efficient homes that conserve resources and save costs.
The company has built over 21,800 WaterSense-labeled homes and installed more than 1.1. Million WaterSense fixtures, save an estimated two billion gallons of water annually.
