Landsea Homes Launches Sales at Eastmark Master Planned Community

Landsea launches Greenpointe at Eastmark neighborhood consists of 124 new single-family homes.

Mesa, Ariz. (December 14, 2021) – Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today homes are now selling in Greenpointe at Eastmark, a new neighborhood within the larger Eastmark master planned community in Mesa, Arizona.

The homes range from about 1,500 square feet to more than 1,850 square feet, with options for three to four bedrooms plus lofts. Introductory pricing begins at $389,990.
