Landsea Homes Welcomes Stephen Pivach as New VP of Land Acquisition in Central Florida

Industry veteran brings more than 20 years of experience to central Florida division

Orlando, Fla. — Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA) (“Landsea Homes” or the “Company”), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced that Stephen Pivach has joined the company’s Central Florida division to serve as the new Vice President of Land Acquisition.

Pivach will oversee Landsea Homes’ land acquisition strategy in Central Florida. Prior to joining Landsea Homes, his most recent roles included Vice President of Land Acquisition for Lennar Homes in southeast Florida and Century Communities in Texas. He has also held previous land roles with American Homes for Rent, KB Home and Pulte Homes. Pivach formed his own consulting company, Pivach Properties, which offered land acquisition and development, sales, and operations services from 2012 to 2022.

Pivach graduated from Texas Christan University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications-Pre Law and received a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.
