MBK Rental Living Launches Company-Wide “With Our World” Environmental Program
New company-wide program prioritizes environmentally, socially responsible practices across its residential communities
IRVINE, Calif. – MBK Rental Living, one of California’s most successful and innovative private developers, is proud to announce the launch of With Our World, a comprehensive program to create healthier living spaces that better serve their residents while caring for the planet.
The pioneering program is organized into three tracks: pro-people, pro-planet, and pro-action. The first, pro-people, provides above-and-beyond amenities to enhance each resident’s quality of life. The second, pro-planet, focuses on high-performance, conscious design that reduces each residential community’s environmental impact. The final, pro-action, encourages residents to engage with their surrounding community and act on matters that are important to them.

The first residential community to debut the With Our World program is Vida at Morgan Hill, a Class-A, 389-unit, three-story residential community in Morgan Hill, California that recently celebrated its grand opening. There, a mix of high-tech and thoughtful design decisions, including on-site solar panels, EV charging stations, and smart thermostats, make it easy for residents to enjoy a high quality of life while leaving a lighter footprint.
The program will then be rolled out across other MBK residential communities, both new and existing. While sustainability has always been a key consideration of every MBK project, the With Our World initiative reinforces the company’s ongoing commitment to developing spaces that support both residents and the wider community. It also aligns with the core tenets of MBK’s parent company, Mitsui & Co., whose focus on business innovation to “build brighter futures, everywhere,” includes a strong commitment to environmental and social sustainability.
