New affordable senior housing at former Sibley department store

New apartments in the old Sibley’s department store in downtown Rochester were unveiled on Monday. More than 70 apartments are part of “Landmark at Sibley Square. They are at affordable prices for senior citizens. There is also a fitness center, game room, and lounge. The state invested $28 million into the new apartments.  Work will continue to bring more businesses and retail into the Sibley Building.
