Compliance Criteria
Required to earn the +RESILIENCE certification:
- Design report demonstrating that the home/building has been designed and constructed to provide at least 30% enhanced resilience and durability beyond structural requirements of the IBC or IRC, as applicable
- Demonstration of specific building practices for enhanced resilience and identification of their features and benefits in homeowner or multifamily occupant manual
- Demonstration of on-site renewable energy and a battery energy storage system
