Northwest Arkansas’ first ENERGY STAR certified homes open in Fayetteville
A pocket of new homes in Fayetteville, Arkansas, aims to provide residents with sustainable living and green spaces. The newly opened 11th Street Cottages are the state’s first ENERGY STAR-certified community — with nine homes designed for high energy efficiency and two units powered entirely by solar energy, the homes are expected to save residents $55 to $100 on their monthly utility bills.
