Project Spotlight: The Camille
Twelve-story multifamily new construction named The Camille, in Bethesda, Maryland has recently earned Emerald Certification, the highest possible level, from NGBS’s Green Certified program. Less than 2% of buildings rated by the program earn the highest level. The building is designed to be 20% more efficient than other code-minium buildings. Inside, the apartments have low-VOC paints and other low-emission finishes. The building has multiple EV charging plugs for residents, light sensors and dimmers tied to occupancy in common areas, and water-conserving low-flow fixtures.
