Survey shows home buyers want technology to improve energy efficiency, safety
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has recently released a study titled What Home Buyers Really Want, a survey into how strongly green tech features factor into their purchasing decisions. The findings indicate two primary goals that may convince home hunters to become homeowners: improving energy efficiency and increasing security.
