The project began at the end of 2021, and in January 2023, completed its grand opening. Of the 52 units currently built, with a plan for 89 total, 32 are sold. The prices begin in the high $700,000s, and Landsea also offers 14 for-sale homes for income qualified buyers, which has been created in partnership with the City of San Juan Capistrano to provide affordable housing for median- to moderate-income households. 

Avelina appeals to a variety of homebuyers, from first-time to move-up and everything in between.
