Two towers with hundreds of residential units are coming to Warner Center. Westwood-based developer Sandstone Properties filed an application with city planners to build a mixed-use project at 6400 N. Canoga Ave. that will feature 25-story and 27-story residential buildings with 610 apartment units, according to the Los Angeles city planning website. The builder’s plan calls for demolishing a two-story parking garage to make way for the development of a 679,425-square-foot mixed-use residential building. The structure will include two towers, apartment units and 62,560 square feet of non-residential space with a private health and social club, pool, restaurant and hotel rooms.
